Go to the Register page and fill in your Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address and a secure password. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once your details are submitted, you will receive a verification code via SMS to the number you provided. Enter that code to activate your account. You can then log in immediately and start exploring the platform. Registration is completely free and there is no obligation to deposit until you are ready.

Initial verification is done by confirming the SMS code sent to your Pakistani mobile number during registration. For full KYC verification — which is required before your first withdrawal — you will need to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). This can be uploaded directly from your account settings page. KYC is a one-time process and typically completed within 24 hours.

Accounts are temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. In most cases the lock clears automatically after five to ten minutes. If your account remains locked, or if it has been suspended for another reason, contact 24/7 live chat support. All deposits are processed in PKR — there is no currency conversion required.

The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. For JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers, the minimum is typically a low PKR threshold accessible to most players. For bank transfers and card deposits, the minimum may be slightly higher. The exact minimums are displayed on the deposit page when you select your chosen method — log in and check the current limits before making your first deposit.

First, wait a few minutes and refresh your account balance page — some transfers take a short time to process depending on your bank or wallet provider. If after ten minutes the deposit still has not appeared, go to your transaction history in the account dashboard and check whether the deposit is listed as pending. If you see no record at all, contact live chat support and provide your JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction ID, the PKR amount and the time of the transfer so the team can investigate immediately.

pik365 does not charge any platform fee on deposits. The full PKR amount you transfer is credited to your betting balance. You can bet on outcomes like the next wicket, runs in the next over, current partnership total and many more markets. Winnings are calculated by multiplying your stake by the decimal odds displayed at the time you placed the bet. If a Cricket match is abandoned before a result is reached under the official rules of the competition — for example due to rain with no DLS result applied — bets are typically voided and stakes returned to your pik365 balance.
