pik365 Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and pik365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "pik365") governing your access to and use of the pik365 website at pik365.pro, the pik365 mobile application, and all associated services including sports betting, online casino, live casino, slot games and payment processing.

By accessing pik365 in any form — whether through a browser, the Android app or the iOS app — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any specific game rules, bonus terms, promotional conditions and the pik365 Privacy Policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pik365.

pik365 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered contact details or through a notice displayed upon next login. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms periodically.

If at any point you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using pik365 immediately and contact the support team to close your account and request withdrawal of any remaining balance.

To register and use pik365 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have been previously permanently banned from pik365.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and keep this information updated.
• You must not use pik365 for any commercial, professional or business betting purposes unless expressly permitted in writing.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balance within them may be void.

pik365 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee ongoing access to the platform — pik365 may suspend or close an account at its discretion where there are reasonable grounds to do so.

When you register, you will be asked to provide your name, date of birth, contact details and preferred payment method. This information is used for account verification, payment processing and responsible gaming purposes. All personal data is handled in accordance with the pik365 Privacy Policy.

pik365 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its commitment to player safety and anti-fraud measures. You may be asked to verify your identity at any stage — including at registration, before your first withdrawal, or following a review of your account activity.

Verification typically requires you to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistan CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• A recent utility bill, bank statement or other proof of address dated within the last three months

Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. pik365 will not process withdrawal requests where identity verification is outstanding. Documents submitted for verification are reviewed promptly and you will be notified of the outcome via your registered contact details.

Providing false, misleading or altered verification documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance held. pik365 may report suspected document fraud to the relevant authorities.

All transactions on pik365 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• JazzCash – instant mobile wallet deposit
• Easypaisa – instant mobile wallet deposit
• Raast – Pakistan's interbank instant payment system
• Bank Transfer – standard processing times apply
• Debit and Credit Cards – subject to your bank's approval
• Mobile Wallets – where supported

Deposits are credited to your pik365 account balance in PKR. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of transaction. pik365 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You must only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person — including a family member — is not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of the deposit to the original payment source.

pik365 reserves the right to reject a deposit or request additional verification before crediting funds where there is any suspicion of fraud, misuse or irregular activity. In cases where a deposit is rejected, the funds will be returned to the original payment method.

Deposited funds that have not been used for betting or gaming within 12 months may be subject to an inactivity review. Players will be notified before any administrative fee is applied to a dormant balance.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used for your most recent deposit.
• Active bonus funds or funds subject to an ongoing wagering requirement are not available for withdrawal until the relevant conditions have been met.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method.

pik365 targets same-day processing for withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa for requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff. Bank transfer withdrawals follow standard interbank timelines. Processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party payment providers or verification requirements.

pik365 reserves the right to perform additional security checks before approving large withdrawal requests. During this review period, the withdrawal request will be placed in a pending status and you will be notified if any further information is required from you.

Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by a player without prior contact with pik365 support will be treated as a breach of these Terms. Any account subject to a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation and any winnings associated with the disputed deposit may be voided.

All sports bets placed on pik365 — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Tennis and Esports — are governed by the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed alongside each market:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change up until the moment your bet is confirmed.
• Once confirmed on your betslip, a bet cannot be edited or cancelled except where the Cash Out feature is available and active for that market.
• Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded — whether due to a system error, delay in odds update or any other reason — will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules for that market. Generally, if a Cricket match is abandoned without a result, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless a result has been officially declared.
• pik365 reserves the right to void any bet placed where there is evidence of match fixing, manipulation, use of insider information or exploitation of an obvious error in the odds.
• Maximum bet limits apply on a per-market basis and are set at pik365's discretion. These limits may change without prior notice.
• Accumulator bets require all individual selections to win for the overall bet to win. A single void selection will typically reduce the accumulator to the remaining legs.

For PSL and T20 international Cricket specifically, pik365 offers ball-by-ball in-play markets, over totals, player performance props and outright tournament betting. All live betting decisions are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed after the relevant ball or over has been completed.

pik365 is the final authority on the settlement of all bets. In the event of a dispute, the decision of pik365 is final and binding. Disputes must be raised with the support team within 48 hours of the relevant event settling.

The pik365 Casino section — including Slot Games, table games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat) and Live Casino with real dealers — is governed by the following rules:

• All casino games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of Live Casino, a physical dealing process. Results are random and cannot be predicted, influenced or manipulated by players or pik365 staff.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and table game is set by the game provider and displayed within the game information panel. pik365 does not modify RTP settings.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded in pik365's system. If no valid game state can be determined, the round will be voided and the bet stake returned.
• Certain games may be restricted from contributing to, or may be excluded from, bonus wagering requirements. This will be specified in the relevant bonus terms.
• Progressive jackpot games are governed by the rules of the individual game provider. pik365 facilitates access to these games but is not responsible for jackpot amounts, jackpot triggers or jackpot payment timelines, which are managed by the provider.

Live Casino sessions are subject to the studio rules of the live dealer provider. Decisions made by the dealer are final. In the event of a visible card or any other dealing error at the live table, the relevant hand will be settled according to the provider's error resolution procedure, which will be communicated through the live stream.

Attempting to exploit any casino game through the use of bots, automated software, artificial intelligence tools or any form of scripting is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

pik365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the relevant offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions on pik365:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and will appear as a separate bonus balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Each bonus has a specified wagering requirement — for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per payment method.
• Bonus funds may only be used on qualifying games or markets as specified in the individual offer terms. Some games — particularly low-variance slots or certain table game variations — may be excluded from bonus play.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your account without replacement.
• pik365 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk or near-certain outcomes, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions.
• Promotions are offered at pik365's discretion and may be changed, paused or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

If you do not wish to receive a bonus, you may opt out at the time of deposit by contacting support before the bonus is credited. Bonuses cannot be reversed once wagering has begun on the associated balance.

pik365 is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment. Betting and casino gaming are recreational activities and should always be kept within personal financial limits. pik365 provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount directly from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder to be notified after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing your net result for the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict access to your account. A temporary exclusion can be set for a period of your choosing. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

pik365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading registration or verification information
• Operation of multiple accounts
• Evidence of or involvement in match fixing, manipulation or insider betting
• Use of automated software, bots or scripting tools
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions
• Threatening, abusive or inappropriate behaviour directed at pik365 staff
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime

Where an account is suspended for investigation, any pending bets will be settled according to normal rules and any withdrawals will be held pending the outcome of the review. pik365 will aim to complete account reviews within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate with the player via their registered contact details throughout the process.

Players who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the pik365 support team. Any remaining balance after all bets are settled will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method.

pik365 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain continuous uptime and accurate odds, pik365 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or that all features will be available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, pik365 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from technical failures, platform downtime or network interruptions outside pik365's reasonable control
• Delays in deposit credit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses arising from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure
• Decisions made based on incorrect or outdated odds displayed due to a data feed error, provided the bet was voided or corrected promptly
• Any indirect, consequential or financial losses arising from the use of pik365, beyond the return of stakes where a bet is voided

In all cases, pik365's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pik365 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on pik365 you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Data collected during registration and use of pik365 is used for:

• Account creation, verification and management
• Processing deposits, bets and withdrawals
• Fraud prevention and security monitoring
• Responsible gaming compliance and age verification
• Sending you account-related communications and, where you have opted in, promotional updates

Minor clarifications, corrections of typographical errors or updates that do not affect player rights may be made without advance notice. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of pik365 after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using pik365 and request closure of your account before the changes take effect. Any bets placed or balances held at the time of account closure will be settled and returned in accordance with the Terms in effect at that time.
